Prep Optional Levels will remain for the next two seasons

2011-2012 and 2012-2013.  The season after that 2013-2014 will be changed to the X-Cel program, per USAG.

There are NO NEW rules for these levels, however some of the wording has been changed for clarification purposes.  If anyone has questions about these rules, they should not hesitate [...]

PA State Clinic will be held September 24th and 25th at Rainbow Riders in Wayesboro.

For Gymnasts

Gymnasts Registration should be mailed in no later that September 1st.  The Clinic has always filled quickly in the past.

For Coaches:

There is also a HOTSA course for Coaches on Sunday from 1:00PM until 6:00PM

Region 7's High Performance Clinic will be held at Woodward on September 16, 17, 18th.

All Level 9 and 10 Gymnast who qualified to 2011 JO Nationals, NIT and Easterns, Plus Alternates, are invited to attend!
